On the main floor, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen, a large living room with jumbo couches, European-style accordion doors that lead to the pool, two master bedrooms with king beds, and a 14-foot shuffleboard table. The crown jewel of the property is the pool which is controlled by a tablet in the home so you can set the temperature for the pool & spa, and control the pool lights. There is also a kiddo-friendly shallow area in the pool. The backyard also boasts furniture for outdoor dining, a fire pit, a covered gas BBQ, and 12 chaise sun lounges.

Both master bedrooms on the main level have desks with secondary monitors so you can plan your workcation!

The second floor features another living room with a huge sectional couch, a ping-pong table, a balcony with a fire pit overlooking the pool, a queen bedroom, and two bunk rooms. The first bunk room has 3 queen beds, with the second bunkroom containing 3 queen beds and 2 twin beds. All 5 bedrooms in the home have their bathroom with oversized showers and their own Smart TVs.

Guests have access to both garages with parking inside for 3 vehicles, and a wide driveway that fits additional parking for up to 6 more vehicles. Additionally, the overflow parking area for your boat and off-road vehicles is located conveniently just across from the driveway. Guests will have access to the entire home and pool.

This home is located in Elim Valley which is just minutes from Sand Hollow State Park where you can enjoy boating, playing on the beach, fishing, and off-roading at the dunes. The Elim Valley community has several amenities for its guests, including two pools, a hot tub, a splash pad, and pickleball courts.
A signed lease agreement and a pre-authorization hold is required.
