„The Pump House was a beautiful property in a lovely location.It was a short walk to Old Hunstanton Beach and the North Norfolk Costal walk.It was a lovely place to stay.“

„The property was basically clean although carpets were a bit grubby, not from just one years rental. There was a lot of chipped cracked and flaking paint which again was not recent as it was too bad. Plaster was cracking. I know it was an old building, but it needs redecorating. A shelf cupboard in the kitchen had broken and fallen down so was unusable and a second pullout cupboard was was immovable. One a of the toilets did not flush well. Overall it needs looking at. It would have been helpful ...

„Ein renoviertes historisches Hotel direkt am neu gestalteten Marktplatz in Kings Lynn. Guter Service. Zwei Restaurants bieten gute Küche. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig, allerdings sind die Fenster (historisch ?) nur Einfachverglast. Dadurch wenig Lärm- und Kälteschutz. Trotzdem kann man das Hotel empfehlen.“

„Need to have choice of duvet as the provided was far too warm for me in June. Had to take cover off and use this rather than the duvet. Leaving windows open downstairs during night was necessary as too warm but always worry about security. Keys for front door and room door could be more easily identifiable as constantly trying wrong one as look the same. Pavillion last food orders didn't align with advertised times “
