The downstairs area was spacious and felt like its own cabin, complete with a living room and kitchenette. It was a bit chilly, so we didn't really spend much time out on the patio, and we were only here for a short stay while visiting friends in Glendale. The only thing to be aware of with this property is the windows: they have regular plastic blinds. Great for privacy, but they're not adequate for blocking out sunlight in the mornings.
