The indoor dining table seats 8, plus there is seating for 3 at the bar, and the kitchen table seats 4. The house has Smart TV's, with Dish satellite, and internet is available. Lower level has 5 player card table, sectional sofa and television for relaxing after hours. Other amenities include: Cornhole game, Pac-man game table, lilypad, paddle boards.

The lake is very deep and clear and typically 35-50 feet deep off the dock. Yearround water. Boat slip is not available to guest's use. There is plenty of room to tie up to the dock.

RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.
