„Excellent customer service!! Everyone at the hotel are super helpful and supportive. My mom stayed at the hotel for 8 nights, she needed assistance with ordering transportation, bringing her breakfast to the table, opening doors. She has a broken leg and is forced to use a walker. Every person at the hotel helped her with a smile. Beautiful people! Thank you! I would also like to mention the ease of booking and paying for the hotel. „We booked a one BR Apartment for a family of 4 including 2 kids (5 yo). The apartment and the bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. The sofa bed in the living room converted to a pull out bed (unfortunately it is the most uncomfortable bed for 2). The location of the hotel is excellent, with 2 minutes walk to the famous Arbat Street. There are plenty of supermarkets around, with a huge Magnum store just across the road in Lumier building. “

Lobenswert muss man die Freundlichkeit und Flexibilität des Hotelpersonals anmerken, dass trotz Ankunftszeit um Mitternacht Zimmerkorrekturen vorgenommen hat!!! Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber, das Frühstück war auch sehr gut; einzig die Einrichtung war teilweise aus älterer Zeit so auch die Fenster. Aber dem guten Gesamteindruck hat das nicht geschadet.“

„Super Hotel in Zentrum von Almaty. Schöne Aussicht auf die Berge. Liegt im schönen und grünen Viertel. Allerdings muss ich hier sagen, dass die ganze Stadt grün ist. Man kann am Abend schön spazieren gehen. Die Menschen auf der Strasse sind sehr höflich, friedlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe, ca 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Personal im Hotel ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war sehr gut und lecker.Mir persöhnlich hat der Kaffee leider nicht geschmäckt. ...
