„Es ist ein sehr, sehr altes Gebäude mit Charme! Deshalb darf es knarren. Der Gasthof liegt auch an einer sehr befahrenden Straße, aber Nachts ist relativ wenig Verkehr. Matratzen waren mir zu weich. Zimmer relativ klein, aber mit allem was man braucht. Telefon gibt es im Zimmer, funktioniert aber nicht! Sollte man dann abbauen. Frühstück und Essen sowie Service excellent. “

„This inn was right by the road between Oxford and Chippenham, and has a very cool history. It has a beautiful garden in the back that connects to a path connecting to 2 small towns. There are also other paths nearby that you can go to explore. The food here was really good and the room was very spacious compared to other places we've been! The only caveat is that we can hear the cars passing by faintly while sleeping. It's not a big deal at all for us but just a note for those who are very ...

„Very nice location for exploring Oxfordshire. Typical English country hotel with good breakfast options and clean spacious rooms. Beware of the extra charge of 30 pounds per night for an extra bed. We booked for three people via Expedia and we’re not informed beforehand about that. It was only on the booking confirmation in very fine print. „Das Hotel ist klein und süß, unser Zimmer war fast ein bisschen zu klein aber für eine Nacht war das kein Problem. Die Besitzer sind unglaublich nette Leute, die Fragen zur Umgebung gerne beantworten. Es gibt morgens ein Frühstück das super ist, mit größere Auswahl und frisch zubereitet. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen“
