„The staff didn’t seem to have much urgency on helping guests. We were told on the phone that we could check-in early at 1pm, so we arrived early. We weren’t able to check-in until past 3:30. Had they not told us to come in early, we wouldn’t have. The staff was pretty unhelpful and didn’t seem to care that we were waiting so long (per their direction), stated that they were understaffed and that check-in wasn’t until 3. I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe.
