„We had booked this property back in Oct 2023 for our March 2024 holiday in Florida , paying all the money up front in October 2023 through Hotels.com .We received a confirmation number from Hotels.com and no further correspondence . We expected something further even up to the day we left , flying from Canada but assumed(Incorrectly) that the owner would meet us at the property or would send us something.
