Dieses kürzlich renovierte, direkt am Meer gelegene STUDIO befindet sich im schönen West Maui an der Nordküste von Ka'anapali, 7 Minuten nördlich von Lahaina. Während Sie auf Ihrer privaten Veranda entspannen, haben Sie einen unglaublichen Blick auf die Inseln Moloka'i und Lana'i. Obwohl sich diese Wohnung im 1. Stock befindet, befindet sie sich über dem Boden, so dass Sie Ihre Verandatüren offen lassen und die luftigen Passatwinde und die musikalischen Klänge des Pazifiks genießen können. Die atemberaubenden hawaiianischen Sonnenuntergänge werden eine bleibende Erinnerung sein. Lauschen Sie den Geräuschen der Region, die jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang ankündigen, indem Sie die Muschelschalen entlang der Küste auf- und abblasen.

Das tropische Gelände von Paki Maui umfasst einen ruhigen Koi-Fischteich und einen Wasserfall, der Sie auf dem Weg zur Wohnung begrüßt. Die Ozeanvorderseite der Wohnung / Veranda hat eine Rasenfläche von etwa 30 Fuß zwischen Ihnen und dem Ozean. Zum Sonnenbaden laden Liegestühle und Tische zum Entspannen ein. Von der Rasenfläche führen 5 oder 6 Stufen zu geschützten Gewässern - ideal zum Schnorcheln und Schwimmen. Während Ihres Schnorchel-Erlebnisses können Sie die herrlichen Riesenmeeresschildkröten, viele tropische Fische und bunte Korallen beobachten. Es gibt einen mit einem Gatter versehenen beheizten Pool- und Whirlpoolbereich, der von Liegestühlen und wunderschönen hawaiianischen Blumen und Pflanzen umgeben ist. Sie können Ihre Mahlzeiten auf den zwei Gasgrill-Grills im Pool- / Cabana-Bereich grillen oder die Holzkohlegrills verwenden, die sich im Rasenbereich befinden (nicht mit einem Gatter versehen). Genießen Sie Ihre Mahlzeiten auf Ihrer privaten Veranda am Meer. Viele unserer Gäste betrachten die neueren Grills auf der Rasenfläche als "Treffpunkt", an dem Sie sich mit anderen Gästen des Paki Maui treffen und unterhalten können. Wenn Ihre Reisen Sie von Mitte Dezember bis April nach Maui bringen, werden Sie mit dem magischen Erlebnis verwöhnt, die Wanderung der unglaublichen Buckelwale in die warmen Gewässer von Maui zu beobachten. Beobachten Sie diese "sanften Riesen" von Ihrer Veranda aus im Kanal oder buchen Sie einen Ausflug mit einem lokalen Walbeobachtungsboot, bei dem Walbeobachtungen in dieser Zeit praktisch garantiert sind. Das ganze Jahr über kann man Schoten von Spinnerdelfinen und riesigen grünen Meeresschildkröten beobachten. Gelegentlich sehen Sie eine Mönchsrobbe, die in der Nähe vorbeikommt, um eine lange Pause einzulegen.

Dieses Gerät (Nr. 102 A) ist ein geräumiges Studio. Das Besondere an diesem geräumigen Studio ist seine GRÖSSE. Es ist die gleiche Fläche wie die Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer in Paki Maui. Ihr bequemes King Size Bett befindet sich ganz in der Nähe der neuen Glasschiebetüren. Die Geräusche des Ozeans werden Sie in den Schlaf wiegen, nur um zu erwachen, indem Sie Ihren Kopf von den Kissen heben, um die Inseln Lanai und Molokai zu sehen. Es gibt Steinböden in der gesamten Einheit und schöne kaffeegrüne Marmoroberflächen. Das renovierte Badezimmer hat eine schöne große Dusche mit einer Glasschiebetür. Der Waschbecken- / Waschtischbereich ist vom Duschbereich getrennt. Die Möbel sind alle hervorragend und komfortabel. Wir sind sicher, dass Sie sich wie zu Hause fühlen werden. Die Küche bietet alles, was Sie brauchen, vom Mixer bis zum Toaster und ist mit Utensilien, Töpfen und Pfannen, Geschirr und Glaswaren bestückt. In Paki Maui können Klimaanlagen nicht installiert werden. Allerdings wurden Deckenventilatoren in der gesamten Wohnung platziert, darunter zwei in der geräumigen Küche.

A dream come true for a life on Maui.

The apartment is located directly by the sea. You have a fantastic view of the islands of Lani and Molokai and on some days you can even see whales from the balcony. The bed is in front of the balcony, so the waves lovingly envelop you at night, with the feeling of sleeping right on the beach. The apartment is beautifully furnished in Hawaiian style and the kitchen is well equipped with everything. There is also a direct view of the sea. You feel at home. Absolutely recommendable.

The view from the room is amazing! We watched turtles swimming in the ocean from our room on multiple afternoons! We enjoyed the sound of the waves crashing all night long. The only complaint was that the room does get very warm in the afternoon when the sun is coming through the window/door.

Perfect Place to Relax

This was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the island. The views were spectacular and you got to enjoy the whales and turtles from your balcony. It was so nice to sit out on the balcony at any time and enjoy a meal or a drink and take in the peaceful sounds and views of the ocean. The reef makes it a great place for kids and adults to snorkel and see fish and sea turtles. We look forward to returning in the future with our children and grandchildren.

Better than we could have ever imagined!

We stayed nine nights celebrating our 30th anniversary (actually 31 years as we postponed last year due to covid) and this studio was perfect! Working with Bree made everything so easy and we really appreciated her getting back to us so quickly for anything we inquired about. Whale Week

The studio condo was a perfect place to call home for a week. At first glance walking into the room is the view — it’s spectacular! The place was lovely and clean, kitchen nicely stocked with necessities for cooking, and the location was perfect. Paki Maui has a nice grass area for sun bathing or whale watching, plus a nice sandy beach area when the tide is low. It’s also a great place to swim or snorkel in the ocean. Across the street offers two excellent take out restaurants - Fish Market and Okazuya. We ate at both places numerous times during our stay. Oh, and the Whales! We spent many hours on the Lanai just watching the whales. There were so many breaching, flapping and blowing as far as the eye could see. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much.

AMAZING LOCATION!

We stayed at this property for 8 days in February and had an absolutely amazing time! The bed was comfortable and you can't beat waking up and looking out at the ocean from bed. There is no a/c but with the big doors and fans we were plenty cool the entire stay. You can't beat the location, looking right out on the ocean and a great whale watching site. Having our own private grass and sand beach was fantastic and made the days relaxing in the afternoon from our home base amazing! Easy access to snorkeling, great food and not an overly busy facility so feels very quiet and relaxed. Bree was super easy to communicate with and work with. We will be staying here again for sure!

Perfect Location!!!

This is our second time at Paki Maui and we LOVE the property! It is well maintained and snorkeling and swimming right in front of the property. Yes, it faces west and can get a little warm in the afternoon, but if you close the curtains, relax on the lounge chairs on the lawn, you have the perfect place to watch the sunset! There are 3 ceiling fans, 2 free standing fans, so most nights we were able to close the doors at night and sleep comfortably. We saw turtles and whales breaching everyday. We took 2 boat trips to snorkel and dolphin watch with Pacific Whale Foundation and highly recommend an excursion with them. And don't forget the chocolate macadamia nut pie at Leoda's outside of Lahania.

We love the location of the complex and the rooms right on the water are the best. We spend alot of time on our private lanai watching the ocean, turtles, and distant whales. We love the layout with the bed by the ocean. We do wish the complex accepted recycling. Also, with no a/c it would be nice to have a screen door at the entrance to get a cross breeze. Other units just left there front doors open but we didn’t want to do that. Thanks for a wonderful week on the best island in Hawaii.

Too noisy and HOT!

The positives; yes, its a good size for 2 ppl and the bed was comfortable. When the ocean calm, it was nice, but most of our stay included rough seas and hot weather. We found it difficult to sleep at night with the CONSTANT pounding of the surf on the TWO parallel reefs RIGHT OUT the window. Closing the doors to shut out the sound made the unit unbearable to sleep because of the heat. There were many fans; but one did not even work! It is located in a great area, but you still have to drive to find the beach. Perhaps the upper floors in this building are better for noise. I would never stay here again, not until they install Air Con. Bree was great to work with; on our last minute booking. It was our fault for not noticing the NO A/C note. The bathroom is TINY and the pocket door to the WC needs to be fixed. My wife fixed the sink plug. The kitchen could use a few more items; like only ONE wine glass...come on!? But really, we never cooked ONCE in the Unit...couldn't bear to add more heat to the unit. One of the only ways to cool the unit down at night was to leave the back/hallway door open to get a breeze going through...but then everyone gets to look into the unit as they walk by....and it was 3 units away from the elevator. Love Hawaii, love Maui, sad to write this...love all things Aloha!

I loved it here. The only thing that disappointed was that the breeze wasn’t cool enough to cool off the apartment, and it made it a little stuffy, regardless of the fans. The good thing is that we were outdoors a lot, so it didn’t affect us that much. The fans helped a lot for sleeping.

FABULOUS you'll be glad you did!!!

Wow from the moment we opened the door and saw our view, we were ecstatic. Not only was the view spectacular, the location was even better. You are close enough to the hustle of Kaanapali, but you feel like you are in a more authentic Hawaiian town. I don't usually go back to places I have been, but we will be returning to this little oasis in the future. You may wonder as I did if you could snorkel right off the beach, and the answer is yes. The snorkeling in between the two reefs was great, and you felt protected. Mahalo....

Location, Location, Location

Our number one priority when visiting Maui is our proximity to the ocean. We not only want to have a view of the ocean, amazing sunsets and the humpback whales we want to hear the surf. You can check off all three with this unit. In fact, the surf was almost too loud at times! Not that we're complaining. The profile photo tells the story. Proximity to both Kapalua (hikes, snorkeling) and Kaanapai (snorkeling, dining, shopping, golf) is great. We also took advantage of the local neighborhood offerings. We picked up fresh fish from the Fish Market almost every night. They have marinades and seasonings for their ono, mahi mahi, monchong, ahi, crab cakes - you name it. You should also check out Bad Ass Coffee, the Farmer's Market and Snorkel Bob's. We did venture from our home base at Paki Maui to catch the sunrise at Haleakala (leave by 3pm and pre-register your parking pass way in advance) and then have breakfast in Kula. We went to the Blowhole and Heart cutout at Nakalele and hiked along the volcanic coast south of Makena Beach. All doable day trips. For the golfer, the resorts are great but I highly recommend The Dunes at Maui Lani, Maui Nui Gof Club and Pukalani Country Club. Bottom line: We'll be back!

The View was amazing... the unit / pool not so much

This unit has the BEST view. You are so close to the ocean. The unit is old and could use some updating. We found it to be clean and the kitchen well stocked with necessary cookware etc. Suggest adding plastic containers for left overs, foil/saran wrap and chip clips. The bed was a bit firm. Note, the ocean is loud (yes, you are that close) and we couldn't sleep with the doors open. It was a bit warm, but the ceiling and floor fans helped. It was nice having barbecues close by. The swimming pool was very cold.

Great location. Clean. Awesome view.

This unit by far exceeded our expectations. We were on Maui for 11 days and stayed at 3 different locations. Unit 102A was by far one of the best. We had everything we needed for a day at the beach chairs, snorkel gear,boogie boards, ice chest. Other places we had to rent all of that. Kitchen was well stocked even though we only used it twice. The view was amazing. You could watch the sunset from your own balcony. We saw numerous turtles from the balcony. Great location to snorkel saw plenty of fish and swam with one of the turtles. We will definitely be back and will stay at Paki Maui.

Wonderful

The view from the room and balcony is breathtaking and the sounds of the ocean waves just make your stay even more enjoyable. I was unable to lock the condo and I called the property management and they immediately assisted me so that I could lock it. It has everything that you need and is in a prime location. It is next to two grocery stores, the beach, a cool cafe that plays music as well as a quick drive to all of the resorts. The only issue that I had was that the bed was uncomfortable but everything else was perfect!

Great views! A sea turtle sighting daily and close to great restaurants and activities. We stayed there when there were record highs (106) so would have loved a little AC but was still doable with fans and the wind coming off the ocean. Would highly recommend this property
