„Cheryl was very pro-active prior to our arrival and gave a lot of hints and usefull recommendations for our stay on Maui. The resort is perfectly located for exploring the island and relaxing on the beach. The apartment is well equipped and the whole resort is very clean and maintained. The sofa sleeper is not that brand new anymore, at least the mattress wasn't in best condition - but it worked! Please be informed that there is a resort fee payable on site of 17 USD per day.“

„The beach access and view was amazing. However when we arrived the condo was not cleaned. We literally walked in to the condo were the last family just left. After i reached out to management they sent someone to clean the condo. we had the sheets replaced and the house cleaned.at first it seemed great but when we were doing the bed in the morning lots of dust on side and behind bed pretty disgusted. „Please see my e-mail sent to Epic Realty on 10/22/2023 discussing how uncomfortable I was, that staff complained because the door closed from a wind burst and my friends and neighbors assisted helping with my 6 digit codes that they changed continuously. Asking assistance from staff has never been this tremulous. They were upset I called to get a new code after all.my possession was in the room. “
