Honuloha is completely remodeled, offering an elevated space with modern amenities, and equipped chef's kitchen. Ocean views from your living room and private lanai; you will enjoy Maui sunsets, whales (Nov-March), Honu (sea turtles), and direct ocean access for snorkeling and near by beaches. The layout:

Primary Suite: has a large King size bed, plenty of closet space and a sliding barn door.

Bathroom: Walk in shower, toilet, a barn door separates bathing area from vanity/sink to allow for additional privacy and functionality.

Common area: An open floor plan with well equipped chef's kitchen, GE profile appliances, breakfast bar / workstation (option), bistro table (4 chairs), 55 inch Smart TV with cable, 2 swivel chairs, and the best Queen sofa sleeper on the market so extra guests do not sacrifice comfort.

Lanai: Dining table for 4, and two extra chairs with side table. Beach gear located in closet outside as well as beach chairs, umbrella and floating noodles for the pool (No Snorkel Gear).

Honuloha offers a generous essentials starter kit. This includes laundry, bath, and kitchen cleaning and washing essentials. We do not provide "extra" should you run out. There is a Honuloha welcome gift for you upon arrival as well.

This property does not have AC; however, wonderful ocean breezes and ceiling fans throughout keep the condo very comfortable. There is coin laundry on the first and third floor, for which we provide detergent and fabric sheets. Hale Ono Loa has gone through many upgrades / renovations recently making this a true gem in Honokowai.

There is a on property staircase that drops into the ocean for fantastic snorkeling, often you will see sea turtles (Honu) feeding and colorful fish swimming.

Great neighborhood, and within walking distance, there are many shops, dining, and beach parks. Make your Maui memories while enjoying our beautiful Honuloha condo and Hale Ono Loa.

Honuloha 403 at Hale Ono Loa (a Boutique building) boasts spectacular ocean views, gorgeous landscaping, shared pool, gas grills, shuffleboard, coin laundry ($1.75 per load), and a huge sundeck. Access to pristine beaches, and near by shopping.

PEST CONTROL and ROOSTERS: Due to Maui's rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please do not kill them. The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services for pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents however they cannot be completely controlled in this ecosystem.

Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest post more than the normal expected pests, we will work with the HOA to address to the best of our ability. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this agreement or give our guest the right to any refund or rental adjustment. Our condo (Honuloha) is meticulously cleaned and inspected.

*Although Hale Ono Loa is a very quiet and laid back complex in a neighborhood that is the same, we make no guarantee that properties around our unit will be free from disturbance, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic, or other guest. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this rental or give guests any right to a refund or rental adjustment
