Every single staff member we encountered was incredible, but two people truly stood out—May from Guest Relations and Phoenix from Housekeeping. Their dedication and warmth made our stay even more special. May went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best experience possible, always checking in with us and making us feel at home. Phoenix’s attention to detail and kindness were remarkable—our room was always spotless, and she constantly surprised us with thoughtful gestures. During our stay, my brother unfortunately fell ill, and the hotel staff did everything in their power to support him. Their genuine care and assistance made a world of difference, and we are beyond grateful. The property itself is stunningly beautiful, incredibly calm, and impeccably clean—a perfect place to relax and unwind. And let’s talk about the food—especially the breakfast! It was absolutely breathtaking, with a wide selection of delicious options that left us speechless every morning. Overall, JW Marriott Phu Quoc is a great destination.
