• Parking: Up to 4 vehicles permitted in designated parking areas (fewer during snowy conditions). Street parking is not allowed at any time.

This home is situated in the picturesque town of Tahoma on Lake Tahoe's pristine west shore. Less hustle-and-bustle than other parts of the lake, and typically a lot more snow to enjoy in the winter. Nearby public beaches include Chambers Landing & Commons Beach in Tahoe City.
When you pull into the property, you'll first see the newer wrap-around deck from the front. There's a newer deck that has been well-maintained, offering a propane grill and patio set for summer enjoyment, as well as a brand-new hot tub for year-round use.
Inside, the home has a cozy feel and some recent updates. The living room boasts a freestanding wood stove, an L-shaped couch, a mounted flat-screen TV with cable and streaming capabilities via Roku, plus extra sleeping space with a queen-sized Murphy bed. Enjoy dining for six at the expandable frosted glass table adjacent to the living area. The fully equipped kitchen has white-on-white appliances and a window overlooking the side yard and back deck.
Off the kitchen is the first of 2 bathrooms, a full bath with tub-shower combo, single sink vanity and toilet. The newer washer and dryer are also housed here. The smallest of the 3 bedrooms is downstairs and provides access to the back deck via slider patio doors. This room is ideal for the kids, featuring a twin daybed with a twin trundle bed tucked beneath and a streaming TV for entertainment.
Climb the skylight-brightened stairway to find the other two bedrooms, both with King beds. A second full bathroom with a shower, a marble vanity with two sinks, and bright lighting can also be found nestled between these two bedrooms.
