With a reverse floor plan, the upstairs main floor features stunning wood-beamed ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase the natural beauty of Lake Tahoe. CHAMBERLANDS BEACH AND MOUNTAIN CLUB (Available July 1 - Labor Day Weekend)
Included in your rental is a membership card providing access to Chamberlands Beach & Mountain Club. It is one of the most premier subdivisions at Lake Tahoe. Membership includes private beach access. Transportation is made easy by catching a ride on the blue Chambers bus on the weekends from mid July - mid August. During the week, guests are welcome to use Tart Connect for door to door shuttle service. The beach also has a historic bar and pier, lake view restaurant and a casual grill.

With Ellis Peak sheltering the entire mountain from the high ridge winds no need to worry about “wind hold” at this mountain when everyone else is. Ever wanted to ride in a snowcat and get fresh tracks in the backcountry? Homewood Snowcat Adventures will get you access to 750 acres of train on the flanks of Ellis Peak, above the resort's traditional ski area boundary with a licensed guide! For those wanting to venture further Palisades Tahoe is a 13-minute drive away offering endless fun all year round.

POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
1. Maximum Occupancy is 10, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age.
2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. Chamberlands amenity access is the private beach and the shuttle only. Amenity access does NOT include the pool or tennis courts.
