Florida Breeze: Pool home in perfect central location!

Florida Breeze is the perfect vacation rental for your next trip to Anna Maria Island! The location with the short walk to the gulf beaches and easy access to the FREE Anna Maria Trolley make it the ideal spot!

Florida Breeze has 3 spacious bedrooms including 2 king beds and 2 full beds. The master bedroom has the utmost privacy with an attached ensuite bathroom. The open concept kitchen, dining, and living room create the perfect space for the entire group to relax and enjoy each others company. Take advantage of the balcony located just off the dining area to enjoy a cocktail as the sun sets. The kitchen will provide everything needed to cook family meals at home.

The large screened in porch on the main level is the perfect place to escape the summer heat! Easily move from the porch to the pool for an afternoon cool down.

PARKING: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

Great property on Anna Maria!

We had an amazing stay in this rental. It was open and spacious with the taller ceilings. The outdoor space downstairs was great for the kiddos and you can sit out on the deck and watch them in the pool. The pool doesnt get alot of sun but that seems to be the norm and it works out if you're looking for privacy, as we were not able to hear or see anyone even in the pools next door. The kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with everything you might ever need and onsite laundry was so nice. Every TV had a roku and we never had one hiccup with the thermostat, appliances or home in general. We were able to park in the garage and it was still quiet to sleep even being so close to the main road. Its a great location on the island and close to everything! We will be back and cannot recommend this home enough!

Excellent Stay

The home was very clean and tidy! I was impressed. We stayed for Spring Break with our 3 teens and found the accommodations better than the pictures. The management was quick to respond and answer any questions and made check in and out simple and efficient. The pool was warm and clean. The location was great for a short walk to the beach. It is closer to a main road so with spring break there was more traffic you could hear but the back yard was very private and surrounded by palms and vegetation. Very comfortable stay! Highly recommended

Perfect for family

The house was great for our family of five (3 adults, a teenager and 10yo). Plenty of space for all of us. The beds were comfortable. Furniture was nice. Kitchen had everything we needed (appliance wise) and everything worked well. It was very clean, pool was nice. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels are provided as well as beach chairs and a cart. The only drawback was that Marina Dr can get fairly noisy. But we would definitely recommend this house and Sato real estate as they were very responsive.

Awesome place for family time

Really enjoyed this property- It was exactly what we needed for myself, my husband and our twin 21 year olds, along with their significant others. The area was great for our boat, for restaurants and for golf carting. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Home

Our family of 5 loved our vacation in Anna Marie Island and staying in this home. It was beautiful and very clean!! Our children loved swimming in the pool and playing ping pong. The location was great as well. I recommend renting a golf cart to get around the island.

Amazing house and great location.

This home is as beautiful as the pics. Private pool area although houses are close together. Easy walk/drive to beach. Enough cleaning supplies were left but bring some TP with you. Kitchen could use a few basics like coffee, sugar, but I’m reaching. Rent this home.

So Beautiful

This is our 3rd time coming to Anna Maria and this place was by far our favorite time. The place is exactly as described. Check in was so simple and using the app was so easy too. The only issue we had was on the first day with the upstairs shower not working. I called and they were there within 30 minutes and it was fixed. It was that easy a part needed to be changed. Having our own pool made the trip. It was amazing. We went to the beach everyday. The beach was close enough we walked. They provided a cart to fill up with towels, sunscreen, iPads, drinks or just whatever. My husband drinks a smoothie everyday for breakfast Thanks for having a blender!! We also had an afternoon smoothie with the leftover coffee. The water off of the door of the fridge was good because it was filtered. No need to buy bottled water. They had several Turvis Tumblers to choose from, so we each had our own for the week. If there was one suggestion I would make would be to have higher quality beach chairs. We were on the beach a lot and the ones there were rusted but we still appreciated having the use of something but if not that’s ok too.

Can't go Wrong

We had a wonderful stay in June at this property. It was a perfect size for 6 adults//young adults. Spotlessly clean, with wonderful amenities. The ping pong table, screened porch, pool, and balcony off the kitchen/dining area were great! Literally a 6 minute walk to the beach down uncrowded roads. There was a beach cart, many beach chairs and plenty of pool/beach toys in the garage to borrow. We had one minor issue with a leak in the bathroom on a Sunday evening. I called the emergency line, got a return call, and they were out to fix it the next morning. It occurred again later in the week, and again, they were easy to contact, very responsive, and mindful of the small inconvenience it caused. We were slightly hesitant as this property is one building split into two units, but it was never an issue. The cleverly designed landscaping afforded all the privacy we needed, and we never even heard others except when we were all outside playing in our respective pools. We would definitely return to this property when visiting the island.

Amazing

The house was the perfect fit for us. Very clean and exactly like pictures. Spacious and great views. Decorated beachy and up-to-date. The pool was clean and shaded. The only complaint I have is that the ceiling leaked multiple times during our stay from the upstairs shower.

Great vacation spot on beautiful island

The property worked perfectly for my adult family of 4. I never had any contact with management during our stay. Nobody checked in to see how we were doing. That said, all was fine except the ice maker was frozen over and there were no blankets on the beds. It was a little unpleasant having to use the bedspreads as blankets. Hot water ran out quickly so need to take quick showers or stagger. Nice surprise that there were beach chairs and a cart to use. The ping pong table was fun on a rainy day. The kitchen was well equipped! Great knives! Overall very pleasant stay!
