Issue I had was that air condition is listed as included but there is no thermostat in the unit and is actually controlled by downstairs unit, leaving you at the mercy of the downstairs occupants. We had a horrendous experience on our third night which the whole unit became very hot and stuffy. Not an ideal situation with a toddler and an infant. „This house was great! Location was super close to Saugatuck, Douglas, etc. Kids loved playing in the heated barn and with the fun games in the basement. Clean and well-equipped kitchen and tons of space for the extended family to hang out and enjoy Thanksgiving. Kristi’s communication and instructions were great! Would definitely stay here again!“
