You will have the whole 25m2 studio by yourself with private bathroom, fits perfectly for 2 guests . It is fully equipped and appointed with everything you need during your stay:
• A queen-size bed (1,6m x 2m)

• Kettle
• Please note that there is NO cooking equipment or microwave in this studio.

• On the right of the house, there is a laundromat
• Opposite the property, there is a cafe shop and noodle shop that opens from 6AM
• 5-min walk to the grocery store (Bach Hoa Xanh)
• Our location is only:

The property is at main road, so you can take taxi at front door without having to walk to pick-up point.

README BEFORE YOU BOOK:
The property is within a complex that have other services (yoga, spa, other rental units,..).
At the ground floor where you enter is a popular nail salon, which have many customers coming in and out before 9:30PM. So you will need to take off your shoes and bring them to the studio. Please take this into account before you book.
