- Early check-in: only possible if the previous guest checks out early or there is no guest the night before. An additional fee of $10 per hour applies for late check-out.

o Living room and kitchen: located on the ground floor, equipped with basic beverages and spices.
o Laundry room: on the ground floor with laundry detergent and fabric softener.
o Nha Rong bedroom: on the 1st floor.
o Ben Thanh bedroom: on the 2nd floor.
o Cho Lon bedroom: on the 3rd floor.
o Each bedroom comes with an attached bathroom equipped with basic personal amenities.

COMPENSATION AND REGULATIONS
- Penalty: Damage of towels, beddings or other assets caused by guests will be charged according to market price.
- Fin is located in a quiet and secure alley, so let's help maintain general security. No loud noises after 10:00 PM, no littering on the street or in public areas, and no use of prohibited substances.
- Room rates include: complimentary use of cooking spices, complimentary use of equipment, washing machine, fabric softener, and detergent.
- Fin is equipped with CCTV surveillance and is under strict local security control. If anyone is caught causing damage or vandalism to the property of the house or other guests, or engaging in any actions that violate Vietnamese law, you will be asked to leave immediately without refund.

- For security reasons, cameras are installed in the living room. Please note that the cameras are solely for security purposes and will not infringe on your privacy rights.
