THIS PLACE IS COCKROACH INFESTED.
I am writing this to warn other travelers. On my first night, I found multiple large cockroaches in my bathroom. One of them was walking around in full light, which clearly indicates an infestation, not just a random insect. This is completely unacceptable in a hotel and is a serious sanitary and health issue.
I asked for a refund, but the hotel refused. Instead, they moved me to another room. Unfortunately, the second room also had serious problems: the window does not close properly, the curtain blind cannot be raised because the cord is missing, and the air conditioning does not work. In a hot, tropical climate, this makes the room uncomfortable and insecure.
Being forced to choose between a cockroach-infested room and a broken room is unacceptable. The hotel failed to provide a clean, safe, and functional place to stay.
