„Check in super fast, clean, and location. “

„Eingangsbereich war nicht sauber, nicht so freundlich gestaltet, keine Musik. Serviceperson an der Rezeption war freundlich. “

„Hotel itself was fine. Floors in our room were a little gritty to the point where I noticed dirt accumulating in the corners and I needed to clean my feet off before putting my socks on. My biggest complaint was after paying $250 for one night, we were billed another $14 for “amenities” at check out. What amenities??? We were here a grand total of 15 hours and there wasn’t even a complimentary bottle of water in our room??! “

„Our first rooms door did not lock? We were then told to go to a different room where it smelled a little weir. The lights did not work. The remote to the TVs did not work either “

„When we got there I was told there system was down and they could not accommodate our stay. Thankfully I selected ‘pay at property’ when I booked through Expedia. I ended up having to stay elsewhere which actually worked out since it was cheaper. “

„When we checked in dirty rags were left in the room. In the morning there was no hot water to take a shower. When I called front desk the employee told me they are working on it and that management was on the way to the hotel. Fast forward an hour later, still no hot water. So I spoke to the front desk employee to get a partial refund and cancel my next night, she seemed like she was very bothered with that question.“

„Breakfast was with waffles, oatmeal and fruit. We had everything we needed in our room. Could have been cleaner. Gas station, McDonald's, Arcade and casino around the corner. Price performance good.“

„Everything was really good up on checking in and checking out. The rooms were clean. The staff were very polite and understandable. My granddaughter loves the pool, which was nice and clean as well. That’s what I love. Also, is that the rooms if you’re hot, the AC will cool you up real quickly and if you’re cold, the heat works wonderfully. The staff was really great, especially the manager. „The hotel is situated close to the airport, which was very practical for us. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would do it again the next time we are in St.Louis.“
