Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
I was in total shock upon arrival. I thought they was closed, and had to ask the counter person if they was. This hotel shouldn't be listed on this site at all right now. They shouldn't even be open. They are remodeling the entire building with work on all floors, inside & out. If I wasn't stuck without a choice for another hotel, I wouldn't have stayed, but everything around was booked up and it was late. Room was dirty, entry cards stopped working, and the noise was constant. There was no Breakfast, and no coffee, even tho I paid for it. The only ice machine broke trying to use it. I'm sure it will be nice once done, but I shouldn't have to navigate thru a construction site filled with building materials, stepping in tile adhesive, drywall mud, and sanding dust from the entrance to the room. The stairways was so full of debris they was unusable. The painting crew was spraying outside in the wind with some parked vehicles within 50 ft. Apparently nobody has trash bags or owns a shop vac. I am completely surprised the city hasn't shut them down yet. They are only renting 12 units, but they shouldn't be renting any, until they finish the messy, noisy work.
