„The view off the back porch is beautiful with spectacular sunsets. It is about a 30 minute drive to Garner State Park or to float the Frio. The place is a little remote so make sure you bring any food you are planning to cook since the grocery store in Utopia is very small and closed around 6ish. The house was very comfortable for four couples, everyone had a large bedroom and a great outdoor space. “

„I met 10 of my high school classmates from 1983 for a mini reunion. The property was great for our needs and we had an excellent time. The property is about 20-30 minutes from any sizable town but there is a small store about 1 1/2 miles away. We all pulled in, Closed the gate and did not leave. Perfect!“

„The host, Pablo, was very conscientious about making my stay enjoyable. Everything a person might need while on a trip could be found in this cute house. There were snacks liquid refreshments awaiting me, which was so thoughtful and very much appreciated. The house was decorated with an assortment of personable and unique items which made it feel like home. I have to give this place a huge shout out for having hot water! Wonderful! Not all places have this! One of the best parts of this house ...

„Great location! Beautifully decorated cabin with everything we needed! Comfortable bed and furniture! Full size refrigerator with kitchen and dining table! Plenty of space to relax inside and out! Enjoyed hearing the bands from 11th Street, but could hear them from the bedroom. No worries, it's one reason we wanted to stay close to the action! Soft towels were such a bonus!!! “
