„We had never been to 30a and loved it! Cozy for Two is a great place to stay with an easy tram service to the beach and bikes provided to peddle around 30a. The hosts were available and even provided a welcome gift!:). It was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. We also took advantage of the umbrella and beach chairs they provided. Highly recommend !!“

„Small, modest and comfortable inside. Quiet but near the crowded “in” places if you want to visit them (Alys, Rosemary, etc.). Good beach access that’s close, almost right across the street, and not crowded at all (even on spring break) which is nice. The tub drained slowly and was not addressed during our stay. The outside (yard and drive) could easily be improved.“

„The location is phenomenal with walking access to the beach, restaurants, food trucks and shops. However, the cottage was a little rundown and needs to be updated. I made sure to message the manager of all of the broken blinds so I wouldn’t be charged. Ventilation in bathroom is nonexistent even when you open windows there’s no way for the heat to get out so everything turns damp and humid in the room. Oh and door upstairs wouldn’t lock. „I cannot say enough good things about this property and the owners. We originally wanted to stay in Rosemary beach and I’m so glad we didn’t. We had a spacious cottage that was legitimately the cleanest property I’ve ever stayed in. Sometimes a property will feel clean but you find little signs that it isn’t in the nooks and crannies, and this home was TRULY clean. I’m talking even in the corners of bathrooms and between the washer and dryer-not a spec of dirt. And it’s a beach property. So ...

„From the moment my girls and I arrived at this charming beach house, we were completely smitten! The home is the perfect blend of comfort, style, and coastal charm. The location is unbeatable. We were steps from Camp Watercolor and the amazing Watercolor Trolley (free!) took us quickly to the beach! We rode our bikes to Seaside every evening and were just a short bike ride to the grocery store, coffee shop and pizza.We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!
