The only negative was that the toilet stopped flushing a few times and I had to take off the back and fix the chain myself and the shower didn’t drain well, but outside of the plumbing issues it was a nice place! Plenty of parking and walkable to restaurants, shops, tennis center and beach access. There is a bike rental right by the building.
