The Space:

Morning light filters through the forest canopy as you step onto the front porch swing, coffee in hand, while the creek’s gentle murmur blends with birdsong. In the evening, the scent of pine mingles with the glow of the outdoor living room, where comfy couches and a 16‑person dining table invite lingering conversations. Inside, a warm gas fireplace crackles, offering a cozy counterpoint to the expansive mountain views that frame every window.



Sleeping arrangements

The home offers nine beds for up to eight guests, ensuring spacious comfort. On the main floor, the master bedroom features a king‑size bed, en‑suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub, and forest‑front views. A large queen bedroom on the same level adds a smart TV and en‑suite bath. The third floor hosts two queen bedrooms, each with smart TVs, en‑suite bathrooms, walk‑in closets, and one with a private balcony. A third queen bedroom includes a twin‑bed nook that doubles as a sitting area. Two twin bedrooms on the third floor are perfect for children, and a bonus sleeping area on the first floor provides a twin trundle bed and a 65‑inch smart TV. All bedrooms are equipped with hypoallergenic bedding options and mattress encasements.



Outdoor living

The 2‑acre property is a private oasis of woodlands, two creeks that merge into a front‑yard pond, and multiple outdoor spaces. A covered pavilion with an oversized wood‑burning fireplace (currently out of order) sits beside a large fire‑pit for s’mores. The patio remains fully usable, offering comfortable seating, captain’s chairs, and a BBQ grill. A screened porch, sunroom, and a balcony off the upstairs queen bedroom provide additional spots to soak in the forest backdrop. Bear‑proof trash cans are positioned on Upper Lake Road, and guests are asked to store food securely to respect local wildlife.



Kitchen & dining

The fully stocked kitchen includes every appliance and utensil a home chef could desire—coffee bar, mixology bar, Insta‑Pot, blender, and all cooking, baking, and serving essentials. A breakfast bar seats three, while a formal dining room inside seats eight. Outside, the pavilion’s 16‑person table accommodates larger gatherings, and the indoor and outdoor dining rooms make it easy to host a 20‑plus guest dinner party if needed. High‑speed internet is available throughout the home.
