„Friendly welcome. Efficient check-in at the bar. Spotlessly clean bedding and towels. Comfy bed. Bathroom clean but in need of refurb (eg tile grout/ sealant).“

„All in all fantastic that's why I keep going back.“

„Alles Gute“

„Preiswert, freundlich, personal teils unbeholfen“

„Ample parking. Amazing breakfast. Great views“

„First and foremost the property was clean, functional and offered value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful, although our experience of room service was let down by dirty cups being left. We found the hotel lacked character, everything about it was functional and not interesting. This extended to the breakfast, our experience of which was behind not eating supper there. This is not a criticism of the hotel, it is my view. Based on reviews I expected a little more than we got. ...

„We enjoyed the spacious suite that had a gorgeous view of Durham Cathedral. The location was perfect walking distance to the river and attractions and restaurants in town.“

„Good size bedroom, excellent breakfast, great staff“

„Room was good size and clean Use of the pool was good“

„Staying here was amazing. The room was just what I needed for my one night stay in Durham. The bus stop wasn’t far away and was very easy to get into the city center. I arrived a little bit early and they didn’t even flinch to get me into my room. Highly recommend!“

„We had a good stay at Premier Inn Durham North overall. When we arrived, there was an issue with our booking payment. We had already paid through Expedia, but at reception we were initially told that the payment had not gone through and that we would need to pay the full amount again. The receptionist was not very friendly at first and said that this was not their problem, which felt quite stressful after a long journey. In the end, he made a phone call and we were given our room, so the issue ...

„A very quirky clean boutique hotel with fantastic sea view. I would highly recommend it“
