It features two bedrooms: one with a double-sized bed and the other with two single-sized beds. The apartment has two floors—ground floor and first floor—with no elevator access. It is well-equipped with modern amenities, including a carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector alarms, free Wi-Fi, and a TV. For your convenience, it also offers kitchen utilities such as a kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hot spot, fridge, and a washer. Additionally, there's a laptop-friendly workspace. Please note that there is no dishwasher available.

During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
