„It was fine but scary out in the parking lot and no one was sitting in the front to check in“

„Clean room“

„The young lady who checked us in was nice but could use more professional development training. She was on the phone with someone during the check in process with was confusing as I didn’t know if she was talking to them or me. Because the phone call took precedence over me, she failed to explain things that I needed to know like WiFi information or check out time. I did t want to disrupt her phone conversation, so I proceeded to my room. The room was NOT cleaned well. There was hair and debris ...

„The property was fine because I only stayed overnight. The breakfast offered was great. I felt safe. The down size was there was not enough towels and they couldn’t offer extra trash bags“

„The property was clean and the staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. The facility is rather dated. The security lock in our door had been ripped off and not repaired. Overall, I think it is a good place to stay. The location is convenient to several Louisville attractions. Room prices are economical. Bed was extremely comfortable!“

„Excellent water pressure in the shower but broken fridge and windows did not open despite being only on 2nd floor.“

„The airport is nearby and we could hear planes all night long. Not the fault of the hotel, but it might be good to know if you are a light sleeper.“

„Great price performance, clean and nice rooms. Nice reception lady. Changed my room due it was right next to the elevator. “

„Everything was pretty good.“

„Super Frühstück, nettes Personal, Wände leider dünn wie Papier, Flugzeuge fliegen sehr tief über das Hotel (sehr laut) Am Abend gabs noch in der Lobby gratis Snacks, sehr lecker, war eine schöne Überraschung..“

„We liked the hotel very much“

„The staff was super helpful and so kind after an awful drive on our way to the hotel. We were stuck in traffic for over 3.5 hours and didn't arrive to the hotel until 4:30 am. The person at the front desk checked us in quickly and we got to get some rest before we continued our trip to Atlanta. Upon arrival, our room was clean and more than we could have hoped for with a full kitchen. Although we didn't stay for more than several hours, we got some rest and did get to enjoy the breakfast.  ...
