"Patrick's place in Graz Old Town had pretty much all you would need for a home-away-from-home stay; the grocery store was also just around the corner. This was a very quiet place despite of the road work on the street where the apartment is. The new double-glass windows are very efficient for blocking sound from outside and also the other inhabitants were very quiet. The code-key lock was great!"

"Everything’s about this house is really 4-5 stars. Spacious, airy…. Great location. It is about 10 min walk to the tram down a sizable hill. So keep that on mind for the age groups and how well people can walk. One major downside for us - we were a group of work colleagues sharing the house for a conference attendance, there is basically no wifi. The connection that is there barely services email , no internet, no tablet or app usage possible. Great if you want to unplug …."

"Wir möchten Rene für Seine hervorragende Kommunikation und seine Flexibilität danken. Es ging alles sehr einfach und respektvoll zwischen uns. Die Wohnung hat 3 geräumige Schlafzimmer und einen wunderschönen Aufenthaltsbereich mit einer halb offenen Küche. Die Erholung kam hier ganz von selbst und mit dem Garten konnten wir auch die ersten frühlingshaften Tage noch mal mehr genießen! Gerne wieder!!"

"Ein herrlich gelegenes Anwesen mit riesigem Garten, ganz idyllisch gelegen. Das Haus ist äußerst großzügig und sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin ist total nett und aufmerksam. Wir bekamen noch eine Bonuskarte für die sogen. Genußrute. Das hat sich wirklich gelohnt. Da kann man in vielen Manufakturen steirische Produkte probieren .. echt lecker. "Awesome views of a gorgeous city! This property is centrally located to great restaurants, a grocery store, and all of the best attractions Graz has to offer. The flat is a great size, plenty of room for everyone! The rooms are spacious and open and the beds were super comfortable.
