„Every thing ran smoothly host was both on hand when we needed then as we had a problem with the drains in the shower .over all it’s a very small cottage for 2 people .Ideal for one night stay but we were there 4 nights .check out there other cottages we saw inside one they are lovely spacious better for a 4 night stay .area is ideal for Thornton le dale Pickering Whitby Robin Hood bay .Didnt think much to Scarborough“

„Firstly the pictures used for the advert are very much out of date. I have been in touch with the owner to let him know our concerns. The house is in a great area for the centre of Pickering and a few shops within a few minutes walk so ideal. Firstly we struggled to get into the property as the lock was a bit temperamental. Kitchen is well equipped and has everything youd need. Both bedrooms are also fine with comfy beds. One fan was provided which was needed with the hot weather. Downstairs is ...

„We had a fabulous holiday... early days post lockdown this cottage had a lovely private garden where we ate most of our meals. „It was a lovely stay in a lovely location. A car is essential when staying here. I have one criticism. Whoever stayed previously obviously brought a dog that smelled. The odour was strong and pungent in the lounge and despite us ventilating the room it was still present when we left. Apart from that the cottage was fabulous. Thank you too for the welcome pack.“

„Beautiful cottage - ideally situated for exploring North Yorkshire. Like a home from home with everything you need to cater for yourself, although the town has several nice restaurants to choose from. Hosts are on site if you need them although we had no problems. The cottage we stayed in (Bransdale) had a lovely private garden for us to sit in with a little blackbird family coming in and out. Just perfect.“
