„Personal absolut unfähig und dreist, für alles wird extra abkassiert, ordentliches Preisniveau aber kaum serviceorientiert. Zimmer waren großzügig und sauber, Restaurant und Frühstück angesichts des Preisniveaus mittelmäßig. Der Servive und das Verhalten des Personals, insbesonders der Rezeption und des Zimmetserbices absolut inakzeptabel und unverschämt. Brauchbare Informationen oder gar Hilfestellung für den Besuch von Machu Picchu kann man sich abschmicken.. Auf keinen Fall empfehlenswert! “

„This was a lovely boutique hotel with a beautiful view of the river and the mountains. Very accommodating staff with a nice breakfast and good information about the town and tour options. The manager took me on a private tour of the Sacred Valley and also woke up extra early to make me breakfast before my Machu Picchu visit. There was no heat in the room but there were plenty of warm blankets to keep you comfortable. I felt completely safe as a solo female traveler and would highly recommend ...

„The location of this property was gorgeous, truly being a luxury aparthotel. It was stunning being surrounded by the Andes mountains. With that said, this location is great if you have a car, otherwise an Uber into Urubamba is not possible. They can call you a taxi, but ensure that you have Soles on hand! We were looking forward to dinner at the restaurant but were told the chef got into an accident. They ordered us a pizza instead of having to go into town. “
