"Wunderschönes Hotel im Viertel San Blas. Sehr nettes hilfsbereites Personal. Liebevoll und geschmackvoll dekoriert. Sie hatten freundlicherweise ein Paket mit Alpakawolle für mich angenommen. Frühstück und Essen im Restaurant waren sehr lecker. Weil wir um 6:00 abgeholt wurden, bekamen wir eine leckere Frühstücksbox, Kaffee gab es auch schon. Sehr empfehlenswert."

"My stay at this hotel was truly special, not only because of the beautiful hotel itself, but because of the wonderful experience I was able to share with my grandparents. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive to us, and they made my abuelos feel especially comfortable and well taken care of. Seeing them enjoy the atmosphere and receive such warm treatment made the stay even more meaningful for me. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the location was perfect for enjoying Cusco. But what I will remember most is the warmth of the people and the little details that made us feel at home. Traveling with my grandparents and creating these memories together was something very special, and this hotel became part of that beautiful experience. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Cusco, especially if you are traveling with family. I would happily come back again."

"This time we booked a Colonial Room. Number 231. It was disgusting because the plumbing is obviously old. It stank the whole time like sewage. We had to keep the bathroom door shut at all times. And the only window opens on the Gallery so that everybody walks by your room and has perfect views unless you keep the curtains closed all the time. Pay attention to what you book. Several days ago we had a superior room and it was great. Nothing comparable to the Colonial rooms. The staff was amazing like at our first stay. Very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was great and the distance to the main square is unbeatable."
