„Room was modern, clean and comfortable. Ensuit was spacious. Unfortunately we found the shower to be very hot and didn’t know how to turn it down (it was turned all the way to the coldest option). But to be fair, we didn’t ask for any help with it, so it could have been a simple fix. We hadn’t really thought through staying above a pub. „ Room on ground floor with 3 windows facing the car park, very hot, no possibility to change to „cooler“ room, bathroom ok, breakfast fine, building magnificent. Wall picture came off in the middle of the night startling us half to death, broken glass all over the floor.“

„We had a lovely stay at the Ramside during our recent trip to Durham. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the facilities were amazing. The spa was lovely and the three restaurants to choose from were all brilliant.“

„Das erste Zimmer war total abgewohnt, dreckig und stank. Gottseidank bekamen wir auf Grund der defekten Toilettenspülung ein Zimmer gegenüber. Es war quasi ein Upgrade (Seaview). „Normal“ sauber (zumindest keine Flecken auf Sofa und Teppich), Kühlschrank und Ventilator. Durch die Seeseite aber auch laut (Straße und Strandpromenade). Egal wo man herging musste man immer ein paar Treppen laufen. Außerdem am letzten Ende.“
