„Perfect for our needs“

„Great place with a great location. Parking was smooth with easy street parking that the host registered us for so we didn’t have to move our car. Bed was super comfortable and it was great having the front room that overlooked the park. Walking access to a number of great bars and restaurants. „The description is accurate. The room is clean and comfortable and the location is ideal. Earl, the host, responds in a timely manner if you have any questions. I highly recommend this location.“

„I always look for this place when staying downtown Albany. Best value for the price for an individual (or a couple, although I was not so fortunate to include my "other"). Ideal location for State Street jobs and very comfortable.“

„Responsive host, clean property. A little bit noisy with the downstairs neighbors, but you're in the middle of a city. Noise is expected. There was a small mix-up with the entrance being inside the fence, but it was quickly resolved.“
