After i had already paid and had another dozen people planning to stay with me. Not sure if they would have ever contacted me if i hadn't reached out with questions. Was told they were closing for winter even though it's advertised as a "winter wonderland". Very disappointed and left me scrambling to find alternate accommodations at last minute.“
