The second bedroom offers a queen size bed. The home has a sprawling layout with plenty of space for you and your family including a large living room, office with a desk and large sunroom. The sunroom is set up as a family room with a queen size sleeper sofa, loveseat and TV with fireplace. For your entertainment there is also a TV in the living room and WiFi. Both TVs are set up for streaming on your favorite apps by simply signing into them. You will have access to park and store your outdoor toys in the attached garage. The large entryway from the garage houses the washer and dryer and half bath as well as French doors to the sunroom. There are two steps from the entryway that take you into the newly remodeled, modern kitchen and main part of the home.

You will find a wonderfully spacious cement patio off the backside of the garage that offers plenty of outdoor seating, a firepit and grill. Yard games available include Cornhole boards and Yardzee.

Nearby Attractions
The Up North Market is a couple miles away where your family can enjoy a small petting zoo and a cold drink and freshly made sandwiches. This is also a great nearby place for groceries.
The historic downtown area of Hart is also only a 2 minute drive away and is located on all sports Hart Lake. You'll find it a quant place for shopping, eating and entertainment. It is also located on the northern tip of the William Field Hart-Montague Trail State Park which is a 23 mile paved rail trail that is used year round by bicyclists, runners, walkers, and snowmobilers. It offers picnic areas and outlooks along the trail.
Mears and the famous Silver Lake and Silver Lake Sand Dunes is approximately a 10 minute drive from the home.
Pentwater is also only a 5-10 minute drive away and offers a great sandy beach on Lake Michigan and has several great shopping and dining options.
Ludington is approximately 20 minutes away and home to Stearns Park on Lake Michigan and the Ludington State Park.
Lewis Adventure Farm and Zoo is about a 10-15 minute drive and is a great place to take the family for a fun filled day.
There are also several wineries throughout the neighboring towns.
