„The host was very communicative and accommodating. He even called to clarify things with me directly to avoid misinterpretation. The house was very spacious and there was plenty of seating for our guests and the items available for use in the kitchen were plentiful. It was only a short walk to the beach, downtown, and the marina. We stayed 2 nights for a friend’s wedding, all of us from across the state. If we were to come to Ludington with a group again, we would choose this property hands ...

„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming residence. It was clean and comfortable, with all the conveniences one could want. We were amazed at how quiet the area was! The views of Lake Michigan were spectacular and the weather was perfect, which I'm sure the owner arranged for us...ha-ha! The walk to the beach was quite near. „The location couldn't be better! We enjoyed the fireworks on the dunes for on the 4th. Beds were comfortable, we enjoyed the water, sand, sun, and just being together. The owner is quick to respond to any questions and take care of any issue. We definitely recommend this vacation rental.“

„We loved it. Big house plenty of room for 3 families. Beautiful views, beach, water toys kept kids busy. A few broken things as expected in a rental but all agree cleanliness was great. Was a little bummed about late 5pm check in. Ben is very accommodating and great communication. We would love to return next year. “

"We booked a room with two seperate bedrooms and lakeview. The Lakeview was okey. But the room unfortunatly hadn't two bedrooms. It was one room with a small kitchen beetwen the two beds. But that wasn't the biggest problem. The cleanliness was absolutly horrible. I travel a lot and i saw a lot. But that was definently too much. I think it hasn't been vacuumed for several weeks. All over the floor was food leftovers. In one towel was e plastic nail from en employee. We looked for another hotel but unfortunatly there was nothing left in the town and we were late. Stay away from this hotel. It's not a dollar worth!!! Totally disgusting!! I am still very annoyed!"
