„Let me start by saying this was my first trip ever to Memphis and I only googled five star hotels which is how I picked this location. And I could not be any less impressed, staff impeccable, very friendly, warm, courteous I've never been to a location where I did not need to ask for towels after day one we had enough towels that we had some we didn't even touch in the room, so I must say the accommodations for guest are beyond reproach. Great will return.!!!!“

„The Hotel was an absolut disaster. The Roms are very old and cleaning was not performed at all!!!!!! The best was we had breakfest in the Hotel, so while i was taking a bread i had a big Brown bug sitting on it!!!!! I looked arround and saw more insects. So ist is just a disaster!!!! PLS DONT GO There!!! As well they prefer do give the roof for the staff and Not for the guests!!! The bbq Station was very dirty!!!! Welcome to lost Place where they have Not learned anything.“

„Very comfortable room, and a very nice property. The breakfast buffet had many options, including making breakfast biscuits. Strawberry kiwi water was a special treat. The only thing I would have liked would be conditioner added in the shower; my hair didn't appreciate going without. “

„The room was nice. Large shower. Friendly staff. Breakfast was terrible. The eggs were bathed in water. The chicken sausage was tough and overcooked. The potatoes were tough and tasted like they came out of a microwave. The pillows on the bed were flat and uncomfortable. The refridgerator would not kewp our drinks cold. These types of things make it hard to justify paying over $200 a night. “
