„Had a lovely nights stay - very comfortable bed, lovely size room with everything we could want. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, fresh fruits and lots of biscuit in the room which was extremely clean. Had a great welcoming from the owners on arrival with freshly baked flap jacks and lots of local knowledge shared. A book regarding the building was also an interesting read. „Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were perfectly acceptable for the price point. Although there’s no front desk at the hotel itself — you need to collect the key from the pub across the street — this wasn’t a major issue and the process was straightforward. „We really liked the location and building. Clean and tastefully decorated. Although some patches of wallpaper need sticking down. We collected our delicious pork pie from downstairs. Not keen on the key collection system as the little car park infront is busy and entering the building and then having to get into the keysafe to get the car park key was a bit stressful. „Schönes, typisch englisches Hotel. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war klein aber total ausreichend, das Abendessen von der Karte fanden wir etwas überteuert. Ansonsten ist die Bar/ Restaurant sehr angenehm in der Atmosphäre. “
