Wohnumfeld fußläufig zu allen Infrastrukturen des täglichen Bedarfs (zwei Supermärkte und ein Restaurant 5 min zu Fuß ) Sehr gute ÖPNV-Anbindung mit Stadtbahn und Bus ins Zentrum Hannovers. Mit der Stadtbahnlinie 10 ist das Stadtzentrum (Hauptbahnhof Hannover) ca. 12 min. zu erreichen. Die Stadtbahnstation „Ahlem“ liegt von der Wohnung ca. 200 m entfernt (2-3 min zu Fuß). Auch sind Sie nur in 5 min mit der Stadtbahn im Stadtteil "Linden" auf Limmerstraße mit vielen Restaurants, Cafés, Bars etc.
