„The staff member who checked us in was so accommodating and helpful. We had our 94 year old mother with us in a w/c. SHE was able to get us a first floor room at no extra charge. I would definitely recommend this place !“

„We had quite a bad start with this hotel. Check in was not possible as we did not receive the code for the door lock. We tried to get hold of that via mail but the reception was not staffed at our arrival time at 5:30 pm. As we were there for vacation we were not able to call a US number from our phones and had to ask other guests to help us. We tried calling the emergency hotline but the lady was also unable to find our code to unlock the door even though the form was filled out im advance and ...
