„Condo was clean and comfortable. Loved how there was a door from living to bedroom, made it quieter when going to sleep. The condo is on the first floor which is a plus. Very rare to have basic cable, my BF and I enjoy watching the news and having coffee and breakfast in the morning!..2 burners to cook was great!!!“

From the moment I reached out to the host he was gracious, easy-going and said I was going to LOVE the Penthouse. He wasn’t kidding! The check in process was seamless, the location superb with amazing views of Hampton Beach right out the window! The condo was perfect in size for us and was filled with all the amenities of home! „Barnacle Bay is located in the perfect spot for ease of access to all Hampton Beach has to offer. Its easy to find and is a 5 minute walk to Ocean Ave and the beach. While located close to everything and to the surrounding homes and rentals, it is extremely quiet. Manie and Leslie were super responsive. Checking in was easy. Our unit parking spot was in a parking lot directly around the corner, so not on premises, but was not at all an issue. The unit was clean and updated. We couldnt ...

My 8 year olds tolerated the 15-20 minute walk to the strip. We were a bit bummed being in north Hampton but fell in love with it and plan to come back!“

„All and all not a bad little place. Great location close to everything. Parking is close at the central parking lot at Hampton Beach which cost me about 90 bucks for 2 days and 2 nights so you can add parking to the overall cost but not a bad price considering they charge 50 bucks to just park for a day. One thing though, the air conditioner wouldn't stay on. It worked for a little while and then the thermostat on it went up to 86 degrees and stayed there so it wouldn't turn on but everything ...
