This second floor apartment unit is tastefully designed and renovated with hardwood flooring throughout. Perfect for any occasion!
You walk through the main entrance and are greeted with a nice big open space. The open space will encompass the living room, dining room, and kitchen.
The kitchen has a nice granite island with bar seating to hang out and have a couple drinks. The kitchen has a nice dark grey backsplash accompanied with modern stainless steel fridge, stove, and dishwasher. There is plenty of cabinet space if needed. Tons of sunlight comes through the main living space as there are plenty of windows.
You are led down a hallway that leads to the 2 bedrooms and washroom.
The washroom is nicely tiled and newly renovated and has everything you need. Granite vanity with big mirror and a nice shower with bathtub.
The first bedroom is a really good size with a nice big window. It has a good size closet for all your clothes. This bedroom also consists of the ensuite washroom. Nice granite vanity with a glass shower. The glass shower is equipped with a high-tech shower column with rain shower.
The second bedroom is a bit bigger than the 1st bedroom and again a lot of sunlight comes through since there's a nice big window. There is a double closet in this bedroom.
The bedrooms are complete with queen sized beds, all with new memory foam mattresses, and brand new linens (bed sheets and towels).
This home can accommodate up to 4 guests. There are 2 bedrooms (each sleep 2). There is a free parking spot located at the back of the building.
This is a fully self contained apartment on the second floor of a building.
Check-in is done through secure smart lock and will be sent to you on the day of arrival. This apartment is private and will not be shared
There is 1 parking spot provided
There is also paid parking lots nearby the apartment. There is a parking lot on Caroline St that is a 4 min walk.
I do not live on site but am always available by phone. Please do not hesitate to ask if I have something I can assist with. I try to be as accommodating as possible!
There are plenty of attractions that you can walk to. The pier and the Burlington Art Gallery are only a 5 minute walk.
