The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well appointed and stocked with cooking supplies (including well stocked teas), the lanai was great for eating outside or relaxing on comfortable furniture (a member of our party fell sick and preferred recouping outside), and being next to the Botanical Adventure gardens. „Booked a room with a view and checking in i got a room offered in third floor, however without an elevator. Due to a bad back and heavy baggage i decided not to take the room and go for another hotel and got full refund. So service was very good (yvonne) but the lack of an elevator could have been mentioned in the room description. “
