„As advertised and Julie was very helpful. Central location and yet quiet, with good parking. Floor has a slight downward slope that felt a bit strange to start with but easily adapted to (not a problem, just felt weird to start with). Everything clear and tidy, and even milk in the fridge on arrival - thanks Julie“

„We really enjoyed our stay. The stairs are not difficult as someone else mentioned. The single room is through a curtain connected to the lounge. The location is central and it had everything we needed, though I won’t be taking the shower home with me. “

Nice clean and funky place with many querky elements to it, comfortable bed, keep in mind master is upstairs and bathroom downstairs. Overall a great experience, so close to everything we need. “

„Rooms, towels, sheets are clean. Not suitable for elderly people who need to carry their luggage up the stairs to the suite. Jono is very helpful and responds quickly. I think there should be more hooks in the shower rooms. Free roadside parking just outside the apartment, from 6pm to 9am.“

Tons of restaurants and attractions at the doorstep, but the apartments feel tucked away and offer a quiet respite from the din of activities. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchens, and thoughtful extras made for an excellent stay. The apartments are best suited for 1-4 adults, as the bedrooms and bathrooms are a bit tight on both space and storage, and each bedroom has open loft windows/shutters to the main sitting area - charming ...

„This apartment is so stylish and comfortable. It has so many beautiful details. The location is perfect for walking to many of my favorite Dunedin restaurants and sights too. The only slight negative aspect of our stay was the arguing seagulls on the rooftop in the early morning. I'm not sure how the owner would keep them away though. Overall this apartment is a real find and I would gladly stay here again.“
