„We enjoyed a nights stay at the Harbour Studio. Fantastic views of the harbour, lovely and clean and had great amenities. Bed was comfortable and the host was very accomodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our time, we will be back 👍“

„Gut eingerichtete Küche, scharfe Küchenmesser, Nescafé VERTUO Maschine. Elektroheizer, Balkon/Deck mit Tisch und Stühlen mit guter Sicht auf den Meeresarm. Nicht barrierefrei Treppe eine Etage hoch bis zu den Wohnräumen. Parkplätze. Großer Garten rückwärtig. Zum Duschen in die Wanne steigen. Aussicht durch StromKabel nicht fototauglich. Lieblingsstrände wie Allans Beach oder Sandfly Beach nahe.Victory Beach muss erwandert werden. Harington Point muss man auch besuchen. Restaurant 1908 zu ...

„This was a wonderful stay with great views of the bay. The house had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Great kitchen for cooking dinner, with nice table with room for all of us. The living room had nice large TV screen, but also great views overlooking the bay and Dunedin. Spent two nights, but could have easily spent more.“

„Great property for family. It had everything we needed and the log fire was fantastic on a cold winter Dunedin day! Host was very helpful and allowed us to check in early. Spa pool was advertised but not at the property although not really an issue for us. One or two maintenance tasks needed attending to but not at all detracting from the property. Location was great if you have a vehicle. Beautiful view of the ocean.“

„die unterkunft war nicht wirklich geputzt, pommes liegen noch herum. im 30 min tackt giengen die wasserleitungen an und wir konnten 2 nächte nicht schlafen.“

„Das Moel liegt direkt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße, so kommt man schnell hin, abends war es auch nicht soo laut. Insgesamt ist die Einrichtung sehr dunkel gehalten, fast schon zu dunkel. “

„Viele Details haben nicht gestimmt: - Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster und Klimaanlage bei Raumtemperatur von fast 27 Grad. - Geschirrspüler war noch voll vom Vorgänger. - Türcode wurde uns vorab nicht geschickt, hatten echt Glück das wir vor 2Uhr dort waren (den ab zwei Uhr kein Mensch da) - Keine Zimmerreinigung, was nicht weiter schlimm ist, blöd ist nur wenn man dann WC-Papier selber kaufen muss, weil keines da ist und es auch keine Rezeption gibt. - Küche ist zwar gross aber es gibt nur ...

Con: dirty and smelly furniture, we did some cleaning but gave up on it in the end, the insolence of it is that you have to pay a cleaning fee, we did plenty of pictures that prove all the dirt; most of the windows are rotten and broken, at one window tape covers the cracks in the glass; mattresses were uncomfortable; water strongly tastes like mold, so we had to boil it to make it potable; there is a mouse hole ...
