„The Harbour Studio is really lovely. Easily accessible. Close to town and supermarkets etc.It was also very warm, and dry despite being winter. The room gets sun all afternoon (if there is sun to be had)Despite sharing access with two other properties, it was lovely and private.I enjoyed a couple of lovely walks along the shared path that runs along the harbour.The standout feature of the studio is the view. „The property was very comfortable and beautifully presented. The only thing to note is that if you had a large vehicle like a camper van or RV the parking would be a problem. There is a small local grocery store within walking distance (although the area is hilly) and it is an easy twenty minute drive into Dunedin. “

„Great property for family. It had everything we needed and the log fire was fantastic on a cold winter Dunedin day! Host was very helpful and allowed us to check in early. Spa pool was advertised but not at the property although not really an issue for us. One or two maintenance tasks needed attending to but not at all detracting from the property. Location was great if you have a vehicle. Beautiful view of the ocean.“

„Viele Details haben nicht gestimmt: - Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster und Klimaanlage bei Raumtemperatur von fast 27 Grad. - Geschirrspüler war noch voll vom Vorgänger. - Türcode wurde uns vorab nicht geschickt, hatten echt Glück das wir vor 2Uhr dort waren (den ab zwei Uhr kein Mensch da) - Keine Zimmerreinigung, was nicht weiter schlimm ist, blöd ist nur wenn man dann WC-Papier selber kaufen muss, weil keines da ist und es auch keine Rezeption gibt. - Küche ist zwar gross aber es gibt nur ...
