„Wir hatten einen Executive Zimmer gebucht im 25 Stock mit Meerblick, sehr schön und sehr zentral nur empfehlenswert.“

„Clean room and friendly staff“

„Clean rooms, very nice and helpful staff, great location, and free water bottles. We highly enjoyed our stay. The only thing is there are no mini fridges in the room, but the staff will help put your food in their fridge which you can grab at any time.“

„All was great - great service, super friendly staff. Breakfast room too small. “

„房間事業很棒“

„The hotel itself is ok for the price but the restaurants are not good. Stuff is very nice and the pool is great“

„Nice stylish Hotel immediately at the Seaside. Good to reach by public transportation (metro). But terrible Japanese hightech toilet :-).“

„夢みたいなホテル。清潔な部屋と綺麗な夜景。シングルが空いてなくてツインになったが、そのかわりに朝食をつけてもらえた。朝食はなんとボンボイで食える。ヤベ〜“

„De wifi verbinding was matig verder alles goed.“

„Hotel in guter Lage. Gutes und hilfreiches Personal. Sehr sauber“

Additionally, the bathroom had a severe drainage issue and showed signs of poor workmanship.“

„Excellent location for shopping, transport, food and sightseeing. Room was of good size, excellent hot shower, wifi, fridge and easy for a foreigner to communicate via Wechat The free laundry was a welcome bonus“

However, with an issue on day 2 and later at check-out, clerks those times were fabulous, helpful, and cheerful. Mattress on the very firm side. Smoking is allowed. My room didn't smell, but the hallway did, and the smoke came in ...

„The room 80503 was very noisy feeling like Melbourne F1 Grand Prix, but I was told it was windy. I asked for changing my room, reception answered that other rooms weren’t available (It’s after 2:00pm) I couldn’t sleep at night, asking reception for a quiet room. He found a room 80517 which was less noisy than 80503. Unfortunately it was a smoking room. I had no choice but staying in the room. I was very frustrated. I am here asking you hotels.com what room did you book for me? Please see ...
