„All was great - great service, super friendly staff. Breakfast room too small. “

„Clean room and friendly staff“

„De wifi verbinding was matig verder alles goed.“

„Clean rooms, very nice and helpful staff, great location, and free water bottles. We highly enjoyed our stay. The only thing is there are no mini fridges in the room, but the staff will help put your food in their fridge which you can grab at any time.“

„The hotel itself is ok for the price but the restaurants are not good. Stuff is very nice and the pool is great“

„Nice stylish Hotel immediately at the Seaside. Good to reach by public transportation (metro). But terrible Japanese hightech toilet :-).“

„Hotel in guter Lage. Gutes und hilfreiches Personal. Sehr sauber“

„The room did not meet Pullman standards; it felt outdated and was not properly cleaned. The air conditioning was centrally controlled by the hotel management, with no individual control in the room, making it impossible to adjust the temperature to personal comfort. Additionally, the bathroom had a severe drainage issue and showed signs of poor workmanship.“

„Excellent location for shopping, transport, food and sightseeing. Room was of good size, excellent hot shower, wifi, fridge and easy for a foreigner to communicate via Wechat The free laundry was a welcome bonus“

„In concurrence with others, I found check-in not the friendliest. They did their job, but not with any smiles or pleasant attitudes. Also, internet does have issues, but follow instructions another wrote. A positive, they did accommodate my wishes/requests. However, with an issue on day 2 and later at check-out, clerks those times were fabulous, helpful, and cheerful. Mattress on the very firm side. Smoking is allowed. My room didn't smell, but the hallway did, and the smoke came in ...

„The room 80503 was very noisy feeling like Melbourne F1 Grand Prix, but I was told it was windy. I asked for changing my room, reception answered that other rooms weren’t available (It’s after 2:00pm) I couldn’t sleep at night, asking reception for a quiet room. He found a room 80517 which was less noisy than 80503. Unfortunately it was a smoking room. I had no choice but staying in the room. I was very frustrated. I am here asking you hotels.com what room did you book for me? Please see ...
