„Extrem genervt, wir hatten für 5 Personen reserviert und es fehlte ein Doppelbett im Zimmer, was für uns übrig war, als wir ankamen. Wir hatten im Voraus bezahlt. Wir hätten die Buchung auch canceln können und unser Geld zurück bekommen, hätten uns dann am Abend auch noch etwas Neues suchen müssen. Kein Preisnachlass, die Besitzer schoben die Schuld auf Expedia, die hätten falsch gebucht. War sehr frustrierend....“
