    Dieses charmante, dreistöckige Strandhaus mit vier Schlafzimmern und drei Vollbädern bietet eine Wohnfläche von knapp 2.545 Quadratmetern, 2 Terrassen und eine praktische Garage für ein Auto mit 6 Golfwagen.

    Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Surround-Sound-TV, ein Esszimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Ess-Frühstücksbereich, Kühlschrank mit Eismaschine, Unterbau-Eismaschine, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler und Wäschebereich mit Waschmaschine und Trockner in voller Größe. Neben den Hauptwohnbereichen im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine sehr private Master-Suite und ein Gästezimmer mit Vollbad.

Great family friendly home!

We stayed with 7 of our family! The home was very clean and stocked with all the needed essentials and the beds were comfortable. We loved the neighborhood and driving the golf cart to the pool and beach! Our only complaint was the propane grill did not heat up properly and took a long time to grill our burgers. Overall, we would highly recommend!!!

Overall, a great vacation was had by all. Although we were made well aware of the insufficient parking, it wasn't the best situation to park a car off the complex. But we knew it going in, so on us.

The photos show one of the rooms on the second floor having twin beds. These have been replaced with a king bed. Also, there are exactly 10 bath towels in the entire house. That is not enough for a house that sleeps 12 people! There were two kitchen washrags and two drying towels. Again, for a week's stay in a large home, that is very insufficient. Otherwise, it's well-stocked.

Our daughter found this house at Martinique and it was perfect for our extended family of 10. 3 houses away from 1 pool and about 10 minute walk from the beach and 2nd pool. We had plenty of linens and the kitchen was well equipped. Nice to have laundry baskets and a drying rack. Plenty of extra beach toys in the garage and the gold cart was so helpful for all. I do have 2 suggestions: please sharpen the kitchen knives and add more silverware. We always eat in all our meals. We were constantly washing silverware to have enough. The knives were very dull.

Reviewer Comments: We have been renting homes in this area for several years and have found our PERFECT place! Having four children (of which three are grown plus a grandbaby) was ideal for everyone! The quietness was exactly what we needed to GET AWAY from all distractions and focus on FAMILY! We highly recommend staying here and will return - hopefully to the same home! Would even consider buying this exact home if it ever became available we loved it so much!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pictures and description of sleeping arrangements/beds were incorrect! Negatively impacted our whole vacation. Floors were very obviously NOT vacuumed upon check in. And, how does a house that sleeps 12 only have 2 parking permits?

Big house, big golf cart, bikes, great AC, etc. and right next to one of the pools & hot tub. Great location. Great house.

The Crow’s Nest was the Best!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family ranged in age from 4 to 73 years and all 9 of us were thrilled with Martinique on the Gulf and especially The Crow’s Nest. We will always choose this house! The location was PERFECT! Being near the smaller inside/ outside pool was fantastic for the young children. We went early in the mornings and had the pool to ourselves. The 6-person golf cart and bikes were a hit. We took daily excursions on the golf cart just for fun. The little ones loved it and we could often make one trip to the beach or large pool because of the size. The house was lovely, well stocked, well maintained and perfect for a large group. We had one maintenance issue which was fixed in less than 24 hours. Every employee we met was genuinely nice and accommodating. The office personnel were wonderful from start to finish. Martinique on the Gulf is a hidden gem! We hope to return to The Crow’s Nest again!!
